Top sheet: 100% cotton. Absorbent core: natural fluff pulp. Back sheet: breathable polyethylene film. Free from dyes, fragrances, and chlorine bleaching.

How to Use

  1. Remove the protective strip and stick to the inside of your underwear.
  2. Change every 4–6 hours or as needed throughout the day.
  3. Wrap and dispose of in the bin — do not flush.

Suitable for: Spotting, light discharge, and the tail end of your period.
