How to Use

  1. Wash hands before and after use.
  2. Relax and insert the tampon at a slight upward angle toward your lower back.
  3. Change every 4–8 hours — never leave in for more than 8 hours.
  4. Wrap and dispose of in the bin — do not flush.

How to Use
