2. Dispose of wrapping in the bin - do not flush
3. Change your liner every 3-5 hours, or when it begins to feel wet

3. Discard of wrapper in bin - do not flush
4. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours depending on flow

Fast and efficient, I would have thought the pads would have been abit thicker
Package was open when I recieved it. Only one bit of tape at the front. The tape didn't look like it had been removed but rather, the box hadn't been taped properly. The contents had been spilled out.
