How to Use

1. Remove the protective strip and stick to the inside of your underwear
2. Dispose of wrapping in the bin - do not flush
3. Change your pad every 3-5 hours, depending on flow
4. Wrap used pads in wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of in bin

Ordered a bundle pack 60, thank you for the extra gift. Packaging of the pad I found a challenge to open, it's sealed from top to bottom I was expecting when you remove the coloured tab it would be easy to open. Placing the pad I found it quite fidgety having to ensure all things are in place correctly before folding sides etc (over time it'll get easier)
