Ingredients
Top sheet: 100% organic cotton. Back sheet: breathable polyethylene film. Adhesive: medical-grade. Free from chlorine bleaching, dyes, fragrances, and synthetic additives.

How to Use

1. Remove the protective strip and stick to the inside of your underwear.
2. Change your pad every 3–5 hours during the day, or use overnight for up to 8 hours.
3. Wrap used pads in the wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of in the bin — do not flush.
