Absorbent and comfortable - expands in all directions to protect against leaks. Contains zero toxic chemicals, dyes, fragrances or synthetics. 16 individually wrapped tampons for hygiene, packaged in a 100% recyclable box.

How to Use

1. Wash your hands and get into a comfortable position
2. Gently push the tampon into your vagina using your finger
3. Discard of wrapper in bin - do not flush
4. Change your tampon every 4-8 hours depending on flow
